You may use this site to learn about Webpacketbase and contact us about analytics services. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce its content as your own. Website information is general and is not a guarantee of a particular business outcome.

Service engagements

Paid work begins only after we agree in writing on scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing, and any access requirements. A proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the signed project terms apply.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to provide systems, data, and instructions used in the engagement. You remain responsible for lawful data collection, appropriate notices and consent, user access, and business decisions made from analytics. Please do not provide unnecessary personal or sensitive data.

Fees and changes

Fees and payment dates appear in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may change the schedule or fee. Late access, feedback, or third-party dependencies may affect delivery dates.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Ownership or licence terms for project deliverables are stated in the proposal. We treat non-public information shared for an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the work, subject to legal obligations and agreed service providers.

Liability

We perform services with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party platforms, error-free source data, or specific commercial results. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability is limited as stated in the applicable written engagement. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending an engagement

Cancellation and rescheduling are handled under the agreed proposal and our refund policy. Clauses intended to continue—such as payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability—survive termination.
